I am happily working in my new studio in Tucson that Kent built last year.

Life is good. It could be a tad warmer

I am expanding my printmaking expertise by taking printmaking classes at Pima Community College in Tucson with my favorite instructor David Andres. This class is truly inspirational. The students are highly motivated and produce excellent prints. Printmaking is such a communal enterprise. That is, it requires lots of cooperation, physically working around each, compromise, and above all tolerance. This aspect I thoroughly enjoy. It engenders a great deal of camaraderie and a supportive environment both between student and student, student and instructor. I will also be taking book making form Heather Greene. I would like to make artist books with series of prints. I hope this class will give me the skills to carry out this project.

I have submitted work to several juried shows that will be happening this spring in Arizona. The upcoming one is a Paperworks exhibition at the Casa Grande Art Museum, in Casa Grande from January 20th to February. 25th.

These are the 2 prints I will be showing.
